Did you suffer a virus and have to wipe your hard drive and now you are receiving an error message saying your copy of credit-aid has already been installed on another computer?  We will reset your software key code up to 3 times.  Each software key code can only be used on one computer, so please dont try to fool our system to install on multiple PC's...it will be frustrating for you and it wont work.  However, if you have a legitimate need to reinstall (dur to virus, hard drive failure, etc...) we will be happy to help you.  Please click here to create a Support ticket and include the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your email address used during purchase and activation (this must match and it is where we will resend the info)
3. Version Of Credit-Aid that you have purchase
4. Your Software Key Code (looks like this):  XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
5. Reason why you need your key reset.
6. Exact text of the error message you are seeing.

We cannot help you without this information above and the email and software key must match our records.   We do not create new software key codes but we will be happy to reset an existing software key code for legitimate reasons that have not been abused. 

If you did not purchase a CD or Extended Download when you originally bought your software license it is your responsibility to make your own backup copy of the software installer/setup file (what you initially downloaded).
